For a custom stand, begin eight to twelve weeks before move-in whenever possible. Complex structures, venue approvals, international logistics or major content production require more time. The first practical step is to confirm the show, city, stand size, open sides, objectives and budget range.
02What should a complete stand quotation include?＋
Compare design and engineering, structure and finishes, graphics, lighting, AV, furniture, logistics, installation, dismantling, venue services, taxes and possible overtime on the same checklist. Items that cannot yet be fixed should still state the calculation method and approval owner.
03How do you keep an overseas build consistent with the approved design?＋
We translate the concept into dimensions, materials, colours, lighting, graphics and equipment schedules. Critical elements are checked before production, and one project manager controls drawing versions, substitutions, progress evidence and final acceptance.
04Can you work with our existing design?＋
Yes. We first review whether the concept fits the booked space, venue rules, local materials, engineering requirements and installation time. The brand idea can be preserved while the construction solution is adapted for reliable local delivery.
